·         Discounted rate with our preferred moving company

·         Change-Of-Address kit including (25) personalized note cards with a photo of your new home to show off to your friends and family

·         Your new home will be professionally cleaned prior to your moving in

·         Your carpets will be professionally cleaned prior to your move-in

·         Your new home will be re-keyed by our trusty locksmith

·         You will receive a list of all utility companies/contact information for your local area

·         We will share our list of “Superior Service Providers” – people we use and trust in all areas of homeownership (plumber, handyman, pets control, window cleaning, life insurance, financial advisor, CPA and more…)

·         On the day of your move, we will bring dinner for you and your family

·         If you have “stuff” to get rid of before you move, we will help arrange a garage sale and we will supply: price stickers, signs, run an advertisement in the UT and bring you coffee and donuts that morning

·         If you do not wish to have a garage sale, we will arrange for a local non-profit organization to pick up your “stuff”

·         We will pick up and recycle your boxes once you are done unpacking (or you can keep them – it’s up to you)
